SWISH relevance scores are probably bogus.
Jason Costomiris (jcostom@sjis.com) gives one example:

    I have 2 files that contain the word "outsourcing".
    Obviously File 2 *should* be ranked higher....
     
	File 1: 7k(640 words)   1 occurence     Rank: 905
	File 2: 17k(1267 words) 78 occurences   Rank: 678

I've observed similar problems, but I haven't had time to analyze
what's going on.
